Île Srigina
Île Srigina is a small rocky island situated off the coast of Skikda, in northeastern Algeria, at the western entrance to the Gulf of Stora. Located approximately 700–800 metres from the mainland, the island has an elongated shape and covers an area of around 2.4 hectares. Its terrain is steep and rocky, with relatively sparse vegetation, particularly across its northern section. Several smaller rocky outcrops lie nearby, forming part of the island's surrounding maritime landscape. The island occupies an important position overlooking the approaches to the port of Skikda. Its elevated terrain and isolated location have made it a natural landmark for maritime navigation. Île Srigina is also associated with a long history of lighthouse activity, making it an important part of the region's coastal and navigational heritage.
